One of the hardest things is finding the right hair dryer. It’s just that there are too many to choose from and the price can vary, so how do you know which the best is. Personally, I would bet my money on the Sassoon hair dryers.

I have tried the most economical of the line and one of the most expensive, and no matter what my budget is I still prefer these Sassoon hair dryers. These always seem to get the job done; they rarely overheat and therefore don’t dry your hair out.

When you use badly made hair dryers, you usually get a dryer that uses metal coils which are hard to temperature control and cause hair to overheat, burn and dry from the inside out.

When you do have to go in and get a new hair dryer you want to look at several factors. You want to check the weight of the dryer. Remember the more hair you have the longer you will be holding this dryer.

If you are environmentally friendly you also want to look at wattage. The lower the wattage the less electricity it uses and the more environmentally friendly you are.

As I mentioned before you want to check for ceramic coils as these allow you to control the heat you put on your hair. This type of dryer is a little more expensive than those that have metal coils, but hey… you pay for quality, right?

You may also want to check to see what accessories come with the Sassoon hair dryer, this way you can buy them all together and won’t have to go shopping for accessories that may not fit your new hair dryer.
